You have to begin again. You don't have to do it alone.

For the plot twist you didn't see coming. The life that no longer fits. The moment you're finally ready to say, “Something has to change.”

Your mentor in the messy middle

Alex

With grit, grace & gratitude

Say what you mean.

Trust yourself.

Set boundaries without falling apart after.

Stop shape-shifting to be chosen.

You don't need to have it all together

Some of you are on the bathroom floor. Some of you are just done pretending.

You keep saying “I'm fine.” You keep showing up for everyone else. Meanwhile, your own life is asking for your attention — and you've been calling that survival.

Your pivot point doesn't have to be a dramatic unraveling. It can be the quiet decision to stop abandoning yourself. Wherever you are right now, that's where we start.

A weekly reset, unfiltered

Zero happy horseshit. More honest living.

My weekly email for people who are done editing themselves to keep the peace. Real stories, a little humor, and practical tools for boundaries, resilience, and a life that feels true.

The Pivot Point quiz · about 2 minutes

How do you find your feet?

You already have resilience. Let's understand how you use it — and what could help you move forward.

6 questions. An honest reflection. No email required. A self-reflection tool, not a clinical assessment.

01

The Anchor

Steady, grounded, and learning that safety can still make room for change.

02

The Seeker

Curious, possibility-led, and ready to choose the path that is truly yours.

03

The Protector

Capable, loyal, and learning to stop carrying what was never yours.

04

The Rebuilder

Resourceful, meaning-making, and becoming without rushing the process.

The Resilience Method

Get up or quit. You're here for the first one.

No watered-down inspiration. No sugarcoating. This is the method to live with audacity, so obligation is no longer your price of admission. Honest conversation, real reflection, and action you can actually take — with me alongside you.

One

Get honest.

Name what is true without editing it for anyone else's comfort.

Two

Come back.

Return to your values, your voice, and the body that has been keeping score.

Three

Get up.

Choose the next brave action — then build the trust to keep choosing it.

Been there. Still becoming.

Meet your mentor

I'm the mentor you wish you had sooner.

Forged through fire. Refined through accountability.

My voice wasn't developed in the classroom and my story didn't take shape through some kind of manifestation practice.

My journey was built through a life-altering series of WTF moments and too many to count sob fests on the bathroom floor. It was through the adversity and a totally unexpected 2 X 4 moment that slapped me so hard upside the head I couldn't see straight. We'll call that the beginning. Life has a funny way of teaching us the lessons that no fancy MBA school or PHD program could ever do — and I'm no exception.

Faced with the choice: get up or quit, I accepted my reality and took tiny steps toward rebuilding my life.

On June 16, 2018, I woke up one way and went to bed another. From the morning of my 33rd birthday onward, nothing was ever the same. And while we can’t compare apples to apples in tragedy, we can align on one simple truth: tragedy in and of itself breeds triumph if you let it. And I'm here to help you realize yours. Life will break the script, lift the mirror up and demand “who are you and what are we doing here?” I’m here to help you answer those questions with more truth, self-respect and a promise to leave self-abandonment on the cutting room floor.

We all experience loss, life-altering moments, and plot twists that make your favorite suspense thriller look lazy. That is the human experience. I’m not here to sugarcoat it, hand you watered-down inspiration, or let you keep calling over-explaining, shape-shifting, and people pleasing “just who you are” anymore.

In case this is the first time you’re hearing it: you do not need to pacify, shrink, over-accommodate, or make yourself easier to swallow in order to be accepted, loved, seen, or chosen.

Intentional momentum

6 Week Sprint

For one honest goal that needs structure, courage, and someone beside you while you move.

Start the conversation

You don't need a perfect plan. You need to stop waiting for one.

Bring the messy truth, the half-formed question, or the thing you have not said out loud yet. We will start there.

Book a discovery call

You'll answer a few short questions when you book so I can come prepared.

A few honest answers.

How do I know if 1:1 mentorship is right for me?

You don't need to be in crisis or arrive with a polished goal. If something in your life no longer fits and you want honest support making your next move, a discovery call is the place to begin.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. Mentorship is a practical, reflective partnership rooted in lived experience, clear conversation, and accountable action. It does not replace mental health care.

What happens on a discovery call?

We talk about where you are, what feels stuck, and what kind of support would serve you. There is no performance and no pressure — just an honest conversation.

Do we meet virtually?

Yes. Sessions are held virtually, so you can join from wherever you feel most grounded and present.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's allowed. Clarity is often the result of beginning, not the requirement for it. We can start with what you know is no longer working.
